Demo Permit Application Filed for 1595-1599 Columbus Avenue
A demo permit application has been filed to remove the commercial structures at 1595-1599 Columbus Avenue. The demo would make way for a proposed six-story, approximately 80,000 square-foot mixed-use building. The new project would include 65 units of affordable rental apartments and 4,000 square feet of non-residential space on the ground floor. Plans also call for parking for 21 cars at-grade.
