Demo Permit Application Filed for 30 Penniman Road
The Boston Landmarks Commission has received an application to demolish the commercial building at 30 Penniman Road in Allston to make way for the approved condo project for the site. The new development will include 46 condos above a ground-level parking garage. The parking garage will utilize a mechanical parking system and have room for 42 vehicles. There will also be two artists’ loft live and workspaces on the ground level of 30 Penniman Road with direct access outside.
