Demo Permit Application Filed for Avalon Brighton Site
An application has been submitted to the BLC to demolish the existing structures at 139-149 Washington Street in Brighton. The demo would make way for the approved Avalon Brighton multi-family development. Approved in March 2019, the project is set to include 2 buildings, one to offer 180 apartments, the 2nd to feature 48 condos. Resident amenities would include roof decks in both buildings and a central courtyard.
