Demo Permit Application Filed for South Boston Mixed-Use Project Site
A demo permit application has been filed to remove the existing 1 story commercial structure at 218-220 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston. A mixed-use project for this location was approved by the BPDA in March. The new building would include 32-unit residential units, 1,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and a 33 space parking garage.
