Demo Permit Apps Filed for Brighton Multifamily Development Site
A series of demo permit applications have been filed to remove the structures (commercial & residential) at 178, 187, & 197 Gardner Street in West Roxbury. The demo will make way for an approved multi-building project to include 88 residential units in total. Residences will include 18, three-bedroom townhouses, each with its own deck area/open space, garage, and driveway parking plus 70 apartments in a mid-rise building.
