Demo Permit Issed for 1055 W. Diversey
A demolition permit has been issued for a former church building in Lincoln Park to clear the way for a new five-story residential development featuring 24 apartments. Construction teams are set to begin work on the site, following City Council approval in May and the issuance of a full building permit.
