Demo Permit Issued for 30 Penniman
With $21.12 million in financing coming through earlier this month, a demo permit has now been pulled for 30 Penniman Road in Allston. The demo will make way for a new 7-story, 46 unit condo building. The project will also include parking for 42 cars along with 2 artist live/workspaces. The site is located just a few blocks from Allston's Union Square and Boston Landing.
