Demo Permit Issued for South Boston Development Site
A permit has been pulled to demo the existing 2 story commercial building at 118 B Street in South Boston. The demo will make way for an approved 5-story multifamily building to contain 37 apartments with ground-floor garage parking for 26 motor vehicles and resident and visitor bicycle parking/storage. Plans for the project were approved in October 2023.
