Demo Permit Issued to 346 Somerville Ave
A cut and cap permit and demolition permit were issued to 346 Somerville Avenue allowing work to proceed on an approved mixed-use building. Corcoran Management Company plans to construct 94 residential units along with ground floor commercial space.
The units within the building will be a mix of studio and 1 bedrooms with 18 designated as affordable.
