Demo Permit Issued to South Boston Innovation Campus Site
JDC Demolition has pulled a short form building permit to raze 329 Northern Avenue in the Seaport, kicking off the development of the South Boston Innovation Campus. The Project calls for the demolition of the existing warehouse on-site and construction of a ten (10)-story, approximately 381,000 square foot building including laboratory, research and development, office, and supporting uses.
