A demolition permit has been issued to a vacant retail corner at 555 East Broadway in South Boston. has proposed a new five-story mixed-use building to contain 14 condos along with and approximately 3,182 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The building would feature 2 three-bedroom penthouses along with 12 two-bedroom, two-bath units plus 14 garage parking spaces.
