Demo Permit Pulled for Miami Worldcenter Site
A demolition permit has been issued for 1016 NE 2nd Ave. at the Miami World Center. Naftali Group purchased the property for $40.5M in April of last year and now plans a 65-story mixed-use tower. The new building would include over 750 residential units with 3,600 square feet of retail space.
