Demo Permits Filed for 1333 M Street SE
A permit application has been filed to demolish the industrial building at 1333 M Street SE. Development plans for the site call for a multi-phased project to include 900 residential units with 44,100 square feet of retail. In February of 2023, Felice Development won approval for a two-year extension of the approved PUD for the project. Per this approval building permits now need to be filed no later than April 23, 2025, with construction to commence no later than April 23, 2026.
