Demo Permits Pulled for River St. Senior Housing Development Site
Demo permits have been pulled to clear the site for the approved 1201 River Street project in Hyde Park. The new 4-story development would include 63 affordable senior units along with a 1,200 square foot commercial space. Amenities are set to include a fitness center, library, and outdoor courtyard. The development will be constructed in accordance with Passive House Certified standards.
