Demo Permits Pulled to Make Way for 55 Unit Southie Project
A permit has been pulled to demolish the existing commercial structure at 267 Old Colony Avenue In South Boston. The demo will make way for an approved 55 unit mixed-use building to include around 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Plans for the project were approved in August 2019.
