Demo Set to Kick Off for Brighton Affordable Housing Development
A series of permits have been pulled to set up safety barriers, abate the existing structures and then begin demo on the buildings located at 130 Chesnut Hill Avenue in Brighton. The work will make way for an approved 6-story mixed-use building to include 142 residential units, an approximately 11,000 square foot Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Center, and ground floor "Village Center". The Village Center will primarily be a common space for residents but also include a 1,200 square foot retail space.
