Demo Set to Kick Off for Westmont Shopping Plaza Redevelopment
With the Westmont Shopping Plaza set to close in June and the demo permit approved, construction is set to kick off shortly for the redevelopment of the Westmont Shopping Plaza. The upcoming 6-story mixed-use building will include 250 residential units, approximately 23,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and two levels of below-grade parking containing approximately 345 parking spaces.
