Demo to Kick-Off for JP Mixed-Use Project
A permit has been issued to demolish the existing structure at 3353 Washington Street in JP. The demo will make way for a new mixed-use project set to include 45 residential units with 2,000 square feet of retail space. The project will also include a common roof deck and 24 surface parking spaces.
