Demo Underway for Olara West Palm Beach
Demolition has started at 1919 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach to make way for the luxury condo project, Olara. The new development will feature two, 26-story towers offering 275 residential units, and a 30,000-square-foot grocery store and restaurant on the ground floor. The development will also feature an 80,000-square-foot amenities deck on the sixth floor and a private marina by the Intracoastal Waterway.
