Demo Underway for Upton Place Redevelopment
Demo of the west building structure and facade is underway at 4000 Wisconsin Ave as part of the Upton Place project. The project will maintain most of the existing 825-space below-grade parking garage and add two towers; the East Tower at six stories, and the West Tower at eight stories above to feature 689 residential units and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, barbecue areas, a fitness center, and an outdoor yoga studio.
