Demo Wrapping Up for N. Glebe Mixed-Use Project
Demo of the Harris Teeter and the American Service Center/Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz of Arlington along N. Glebe Road is wrapping up to make way for a 3 building mixed-use project. The new development will include two, 9-story buildings and one 7-story building. The project will include 732 apartments, 77,575 square feet of retail space including space for a new grocery store, and 942 parking spaces.
