Demo Wraps Up Ahead of 14-Story Mott Haven Multifamily Project
Demolition has concluded ahead of a 14-story, residential project, set to rise at 315 Grand Concourse in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the building will stand feet tall and total square feet. The building will be constructed alongside a second building, addressed as 270 Walton Avenue. Combined, the structures will contain 405 apartments.
