Demolition Begins on 30-Story Kendall Square Tower
Demolition on 84 Wadsworth Street in Kendall Square is set to begin. Part of the Kendall Square Initiative, plans call for the redevelopment of the 30-story building into a new mixed-use building featuring 300,000 SF of Class-A office space and 18,000 SF of ground-floor retail.
