Demolition Begins on Approved Roxbury Prep School Project
has begun demolition on 71 Proctor Street as clears the way for the new Roxbury Prep High School. Plans call for a new 4-story, 83,500 SF academic building for Roxbury Prep High School and will feature new classrooms, a cafeteria, a gymnasium, and multiple administrative and storage spaces, along with approximately 43 on-site vehicular parking spaces.
