Demolition Begins on Somerset Development in Winthrop
Procopio Companies has begun demolition on 10 Somerset Avenue in Winthrop Center. Envelo Properties has proposed a 29-unit development in Winthrop Center.
Plans call for one commercial suite, two studios, 15 one-beds, and 12 two-beds. In addition to the commercial suite, there is a separate smaller office (227 SF) on the first floor that can be used as a manager/rental office.
