Demolition Commences on 500 Boylston's Columns
Select Demo Services crew have begun torch cutting structural steel for 500 Boylston Street's colonnade in preparation for plaza work. Oxford Properties is planning a $10,000,000 renovation involving the removal of the plaza's columns. The work will make room for an open-air courtyard fit for outdoor dining and bars.
500 Boylston is a 706,862-square-foot complex that includes 641,503 square feet of office space, 65,359 square feet of exclusive retail space, and a 1,000-car parking facility shared with 222 Berkeley Street.
