Demolition Complete on 410 Memorial Drive with Foundation Construction Set to Begin
Demolition is complete on the former MIT dorms at 410 Memorial Drive in Cambridge as site work prepares the lot for foundation construction. Built in 1928, and serving as a residence hall at MIT since 1948, the Burton Conner Dorm complex is scheduled to be revamped as part of MIT's facility updates. Planned improvements include updates to finishes and spaces, ADA-compliant suites, and enhanced energy-efficient windows.
