Demolition Complete on Industrial Site in Hollywood, Florida
The demolition is complete, and construction is slated to begin soon on the site of a new industrial property in Hollywood, Florida. Stirling Logistics, a rear-load industrial building, will offer 99,000 square feet of space. The building will have a 36’-foot clear height and will feature 30 dock high doors, two oversize drive-in ramps, and seven trailer parking spots. The 6.4-acre site is located less than a quarter mile from I-95. Completion is anticipated in April 2025.
