Demolition Has Begun at the South Boston Innovation Campus Site
Demolition has begun for the warehouse at 329 Northern Avenue to make way for the South Boston Innovation Campus. Plans call for the construction of a 10-story, 381,000 square foot building featuring laboratory, research and development, office, and supporting uses. The project will include one level of below-grade parking and a signature public plaza at the intersection of Northern Avenue and the Massport Haul Road.
