Demolition Nearly Complete for 117 Broadway in Arlington
Demolition of a single-story commercial structure at 117 Broadway in Arlington is nearly complete. The demo will make for 1 of the 3 buildings in the upcoming Downing Square/117 Broadway affordable housing project being developed by The Housing Corporation of Arlington. The 117 Broadway site will feature a new four-story building that will include 14 residential units and ground-floor retail space for Arlington EATS Market plus 17 parking spaces. The Park Avenue buildings within the project will feature 34 units total and parking for 23 cars.
