Demolition Permit Filed For One Brickell City Centre
The 68-story structure located at 700 Brickell Avenue in Miami, FL takes another step forward with the recent demolition application. The filed permit shows a planned total demolition of 221,243 square feet, at an estimated cost of $1.35m. The FAA recently approved building permits for the structure to rise 1040 feet above ground.
The full pans have yet to be filed for the project so the review of the new demolition permit isn't yet underway. There is also no demolition permit filed for the second lot included in the footprint for One Brickell City Centre at 799 Brickell Plaza.
