Demolition Permit Issued For The Perigon Miami Beach
On November 3rd City Officials approved a demolition permit for the structure located at 5333 Collins Ave in Miami Beach, FL. The Perigon will rise 17 floors and feature 72 condominiums along with 10 guest suites available to owners only. Units will range from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Construction is expected to begin in late 2022 and be completed in 2025.
