Demolition Permit Issued That Will Allow for Approved Development at 4640 N. Western
A demolition permit was issued for a 3-story building at 4634 N. Western in Lincoln Square that will allow for the mixed-use development at 4640 N. Western to begin, although construction permits are still pending. A new 6-story building will be constructed at the site and joined with an existing 4-story building that will be renovated. The development will feature 74 residential units, 3,900 square feet of commercial space, rooftop amenity space and 10 parking spaces.
