Demolition Permit Submitted for 1400 Biscayne in Miami
A demolition permit has been submitted at 1400 Biscayne where Casa Bella, a 57-story luxury condo tower is planned. The demo permit was applied for on June 23rd. Formerly named Auberge Residences, Casa Bella is planned to begin construction by the end of 2022.
Casa Bella is planned to rise 57 stories and include 306 one-, two, three-, and four-bedroom condos. Amenities will include a pool deck, a spa, and full-time concierge.
