Demolition Permits Issued for 906 West Randolph Street
Demolition is soon to begin at the future home of the 43-story tower at 906 West Randolph Street. The building being demolished is a small one-story brick building. This will make room for the 300 unit development that was recently approved. Construction and groundbreaking will follow soon after, and the building is slated to be finished by the end of 2022. The growing Fulton Market district is one of the busiest neighborhoods for developments, with a strong desire for residential units in this neighborhood.
