Demolition Underway at 370 N. Morgan
Demolition of the Fox Deluxe Foods building has commenced to make way for a mixed-use development at 370 N. Morgan in Fulton Market. The first of three planned towers will be a 32-story building rising to 380 feet, offering 495 residential units. The development will also include 10,000 square feet of retail space, a spacious residential lobby connected to an inset landscaped plaza on the ground floor, a rooftop deck with a pool, and 190 parking spaces.
