Demolition Underway at 131 Eliot Street in Milton
Demolition is underway of the former Hendries' Ice Cream Factory in Milton. The demo will make way for an upcoming mixed-use project to feature 3,850 sf of ground floor retail and 38 condo units. Due to the proximity to the Mattapan Trolley Line, bus service will be in place until the demolition is complete.
The project is set to include one and two bedroom units along with 88 parking spaces, 19 of which will be reserved for the surrounding Central Avenue Business District.
