Demolition Underway on Approved Hancock Street Development in Quincy
and J Derenzo have begun demolition and prep work on 1170 and 1200 Hancock Street in Quincy. Approved for development, plans call for an adaptive reuse of a Masonic Temple and a new neighboring mixed-use building featuring 201 residential units.
