Demolition Work Continues on Union Hospital Building
Phase 1 of demolition has begun on the Union Hospital complex in Lynn as Select Demo Services utilizes an on-sight backhoe to begin taking the building down.
North Shore Medical Center is poised to build a medical village facility that will include urgent care, lab and radiology services, outpatient psychiatry and a primary care and specialty care practice. The redevelopment will constitute a quarter of the 20-acre parcel, while the remainder of the site will be developed as elderly-targeted housing.
