Demolition Wraps Up Ahead of LIC Rental Project
Demolition contractor, Yatziv Corp, has finished tearing down a 3-story commercial building, located at 26-04 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens.
The old building has been demolished in order to make way for a 14-story, mixed-use project. Developed by , the new development will feature rental apartments, and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Most of the units will come with a private balcony, with some residences on the top floor offering private roof terraces.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to begin soon, but an estimated date of completion has not been announced yet.
