Depot Village Hanson PHIUS+ Pre-Certified
has announced Depot Village Hanson is officially pre-certified as a PHIUS+ Core by the Passive House Institute US, meeting strict energy efficiency requirements. Nearing completion on construction, the project features 48 affordable apartments, a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, and will offer a resident clubhouse on-site located adjacent to the MBTA commuter rail.
