Design Change Released for Mattapan Affordable Housing Project
Howard/Stein-Hudson Associates updated exterior designs of the 37 Wales Street project in a new rendering.
Heading Home - the emergency shelter organization located on the Mattapan/Dorchester line, is seeking to develop 23 units of permanent supportive housing on its property at 37 Wales Street. The project will serve formerly homeless families with incomes at or below 30% AMI by providing stable housing and on-site support services.
