Design Changes Released for Nexus Allston
Changes in design have been released for the Nexus Innovative Corridor in Allston. 305 Western Avenue's setback height has been reduced again from 6 stories to 5 as well as updated massing. Plans call for a 577,700 SF development featuring life science space as well as 40 residential units.
