Design Changes to Bartlett Place Buildings A and D, More Housing
The BPDA approved a notice of project change for Bartlett Station that included a reduction in retail space.
Bartlett Place, LLC - the partnership between the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and DREAM Collaborative - has reduced commercial space from 45,000 SF to 25,300 SF while the number of residential units in buildings A and D increased from 323 to 380 units.
Building A will contain 60 affordable units, with 12,000 SF commercial, while building D will contain 50 senior housing and mixed-income units.
