Design Review Application Submitted for Southwest DC Hotel
Pacific Capital Partners has submitted a design review application for the proposed hotel at 280 12th Street, SW. The property would feature 131 hotel rooms over 12 stories along with a fitness center and communal outdoor space on the 12th floor. The Applicant has designed the building to be in character with the buildings in the surrounding area including the Cotton Annex building.
