Designs Changed for Proposed Mixed-Use West Roxbury Development
After receiving community feedback, CAD Builders, LLC has changed the design of 1905-1911 Centre Street currently under review in West Roxbury. Among the changes include enlarged storefront windows, removal of parapet above the main roof, and incorporated a mansard roof overhang into the design.
The proposed project features a four-story mixed-use building with 21 residential units, ground floor commercial space, and off-street vehicle and bicycle parking spaces.
