Designs Released for Nubian Square Parcel 8
Zephyr Architects released design renderings for a proposal in Roxbury's Nubian Square. Plans call for a signature public plaza leading to a 14-story, 170-foot mixed-use tower featuring 156 residential units and 178,497 SF of total space. Design features include rooftop patios on each of the Gateway tower's stepbacks as well as a cultural museum abutting the public plaza.
