Designs Revealed for DC Metro HQ Redevelopment
Stonebridge and Rockefeller Group have released designs for the planned redevelopment of the Jackson Graham currently home to the WMATA HQ. The renovated and expanded building would include around 420,000 square feet of office space with 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Three floors would be added to the existing structure that will be stripped to its concrete core and reused to mitigate impacts on a Red Line tunnel that runs through the existing below-grade garage.
