Details Emerge for Revamped Parcel 13 Development
The Peebles Corporation has presented new details on the planned Parcel 13 project during a community meeting on June 27th. The mixed-use project is set to include 125 affordable units along with roughly 300,000 square feet of lab space. The building height has been reduced from the previous plans, now down to 12 stories, 178 feet max. The project would include no parking but offer a micro-mobility hub plus $30M in investment for Hynes Station accessibility upgrades.
