Details Revealed for Mixed-Use Development in Downtown Evanston
Details have been revealed for the mixed-use redevelopment of the north end of Church Street Plaza in downtown Evanston. Plans include a new 27-story tower with a glass-clad exterior, 358 residential units and 3000 square feet of retail space. A construction timeline has not yet been announced.
